VN 's a country rich of natural resources and abundant in human resources. But for many different reasons, especially due to weaknesses in mechanism policy and management, VN's economy hasn't been well- developed for the past decades, consequently, Vn's one of the poorest countries in the world.

We are the students thirty for knowledge, burning with love. Our teacher advises us to do both of them at the same time to avoid becoming hemiplegics.

There are many VN women faithful with their husbands devoted to their children, dutiful to their parents. But a lot of them still have suffered domestic violence without being brave enough to denounce their husbands, parents-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law for their savage acts. They need to be encouraged and educate so that they can denounce these actions and expose those wicked people to society.

To learn EL well, each learner needs to find learning methods of his or her own suitable to his or her practical conditions and ability. Unfortunately, many students in the universities aren’t active in finding these methods. Consequently, the progress made by him or her in learning is very limited.

We are people never satisfied the achievements that we had recorded on the contrary, the greater our success is, the harder we try to make better .

Students interested in learning EL will certainly learn well if their hobbies are based on abilities, conditions and good learning materials. However, many students study EL well in disadvantages, they have overcome difficult to emulate, their friends in both studying and life for loft aspirations.
