1,The US and its allies are discussing what they will have to do to impose an embargo on North korea after test-firing its missile recently. Eventually, they can't do anthing because China and Russia are ready to use their veto at the United Nations Security Council when an embargo is approved.
2, It isn't known what China will say and do when knowing that a VNese was present in the North Pole and took a slogan: " Paracel and Spratly Islands belong to VN" with him.
3, VN welcomes all what Senetor John McCain said about the achievements made by VN in the past years. And he asserted that VN's exploits after 5 years made extreme impression on him. He hopes that VN and the US need to help each other more, including military contacts to raise the relationships between VN and the US to a new hight.
4, The Association of Southeast Asian countries are appreciating what Laos is doing to prepare for the 25th seagames, especially we can see many Laotian athletes training very hard in the sport centers of VN. Willingly or unwillingly, physical facilities use for sport tournaments in the 25th seagames can not be as good as the 22th seagames because Laos is still relatively poor.
5, We attempt to do all exercises to meet what our teacher expects to raise our levels in terms of not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills.
6, General Vo Nguyen Giap sent a letter to the national workshop on bauxite exploitation in the Central Highlands. He didn't drastically oppose, but he said: he had led a bauxite research program in this area but finally he had to give up what the government wanted to do because bauxite exploitation will affect negatively economic, cultural, social development, especially national defence. He called on Minister Hoang Trung Hai to guide cautiously the discussion among experts and leaders of the responsible agencies so that if the plan is possible, the exploitation will have positive effects more than negative effects.
