CHUA BAI DICH

1) In many ways, the urban rich are very kind hearted.They are willing to donate tens of million of VND to the poor, the disabled and dioxin victims provided that their names are annouced on the mass media. However,their greatest concern is whether their money can be brought to beneficiaries or not.

2) The rural poor are calling on the government to make it easier for them to borrow money because now the lending procedures in the banks are very troublesome and cumbersome.

3) The lonely aged always need timely care and attention both physical and mental from authorities at all levels and their neighbours.Equally speaking, many of them are still left uncared, making their already hard lives much harder.

4) Although the VNese people have faced difficulties, especially the financial crisis worldwide and serious inflation inside the country in the year 2008, the VNese people made many important achivements in the fields economic, political, diplomatic, educative, and to serve as solid foundation to help the government provide effective guidance in 2009. And in difance of what happened after Tet the consumer price index in the first 2 months in 2009 began to increase.

5) The differences, cultural, social, political, religious and economic, are not the reason for South East Asia not to join together. On the contrary, they did in order to establish a bloc of countries called ASEAN with unity in diversity and diversity in unity.

6) The similaries, political, ideological, sentiment , ideal, between VN and Cuba are like invisible stings to further tighten the fighting solidarity and fraternal friendly and cooperative relationships between the 2 parties, 2 governments,peoples. The VNese people will engrave forver on their minds the immortal statement of president Fidel Castro: " to VN, the Cuban people are willing to devote their blood".

7) The characteristics psychonogical, physiological, emotional, sentimental, age, of children in the primary school age group are not very different more clearly speaking,their personalities are not completely formed.So children in this aged group very easily become best friends.They can hate eachother today and love eachother tomorrow. In a higher age love and hatred are a very big problem even become etemity because adult personalities are firmly established.
